back to Bilbao?

My Dad has been able to walk around a little more each day but things are still not functioning on their own. I booked a flight to Bilbao this morning but received an e-mail at midnight saying my reservation has been cancelled because I didn't send a photo copy of my passport! I've never heard of that before! I'm going to the airport with my things to sort things out and will hopefully be able to get a flight! I cannot believe that happened.
